The report, which cited an anonymous source, did not mention anything about the Wachowskis stepping in to helm the film, and Silver stood behind the current director, German filmmaker Oliver Hirschbiegel. Asked if there would be any crew changes, Silver said: "No, no, no. ... Oliver Hirschbiegel directed the movie and did a great job. And we're kind of working our way through it, and it should come out this summer." [..]
