Da sind sie also, die Nominierten für die diesjährige Oscar-Verleihung. Wie erwartet, ist The King's Speech ganz weit vorne mit insgesamt 12 Nominierungen, gefolgt von True Grit mit 10 und The Social Network mit 8.
Inception wurde auch wie von vielen erhofft als Bester Film nominiert, doch Christopher Nolan hat keine Chance, einen Oscar als Bester Regisseur zu erhaschen. Auch wurde einmal mehr Leonardo DiCaprio übergangen. Es wird Zeit diesen Schauspieler endlich einmal zu würdigen. Unter den Nominierten für die Beste Schauspielerin in einer Hauptrolle finden sich des Weiteren Jennifer Lawrence für Winter's Bone (unsere Filmkritik folgt) und Natalie Portman für Black Swan, auch diese Entscheidung keine Überraschung.
Doch was reden wir hier, schaut selbst, welche Filme und Stars am 27. Februar bei den 83. Academy Awards einen Goldjungen mit nach Hause nehmen könnten! James Franco und lovely Anne Hathaway werden das Spektakel moderieren.
